OPERATION MANAGER

Department: Project Operation

Function:
• Oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure service quality, and optimize revenue.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and market insight

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and maintain 4-star quality standards.
  • Operational Management: Supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security activities.
  • Human Resources Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff while creating effective work schedules.
  • Revenue & Financial Management: Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
  • Marketing & Development: Build partnerships and manage online presence.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and health safety standards.

Requirements:
Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or related majors.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in hotel or serviced apartment management, preferably at a 4-star property.

Skill:

  • Leadership, communication skill efficiently in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Revenue management, and proficiency in hotel management software.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with a keen sensitivity to service and business operations.

Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient writing and speaking in English.
