PROJECT COORDINATOR

Department: Project Development

Function:

  • Task tracking and progress monitoring
  • Quality control and risk management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish project progress management system to ensure timely completion across departments, and contractors.
  • Create detailed project reports, maintain project documentation, and update relevant project management tools.
  • Update and report on the progress of management tasks. Coordinate with relevant departments during project implementation to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Evaluate performance results and propose directions or approaches for the next phase of implementation.
  • Create plans and proposals to develop and implement procedures as required by the job. Prepare coordination files and manage tender and bidding documents for projects.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
  • Risk management. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.

Requirements:
Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administrations, Hotel Management, or Tourism Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in coordinating customer service projects, luxury resort complexes, and high-end hotels

Skill:

  • Proficient in office computer skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team
  • Skilled in analysis, statistics, and quick decision-making for project coordination
  • Responsible and committed to meeting assigned deadlines

Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
