PROJECT INTERN

Department: Project Development

Function:

  • Support preparation and coordination tasks for projects.
  • Perform assigned administrative and contractual support tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft contracts, proposal letters, quotations, and service documents, and send them (via email or directly) to internal teams or customers upon request.
  • Establish relationships with related departments or stakeholders to organize and execute customer events.
  • Handle administrative tasks for departments, including document storage, shift scheduling, tracking leave entitlements, and monitoring work hours for the department.
  • Coordinate tasks related to contracts, liquidations, and acceptance requirements to meet customer and internal deadlines while ensuring service contract quality.
  • Consolidate reports from team members within the department.
  • Other additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor or College Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Foreign Affair or other related majors.
Skill:

  • Proficient in office computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with a keen sensitivity to project coordination
  • Responsible and committed to meeting assigned deadlines

Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
